# Dayko

> Dayko is a B2B SaaS platform with three independent products, Kindle (CRM), Echo (AI meeting notes for Microsoft Teams), and Pronto (helpdesk), built for 5–50 person US B2B teams. Products share one customer data layer: contacts, meeting transcripts, and support tickets stay connected without integrations. Built by Taazaa Inc. Currently in early access (Founding Access for first 200 companies).

Dayko products are each standalone. Each works independently. When used together, they share one customer record, no integrations or manual sync required.

ICP: US B2B SaaS companies, $300K–$5M ARR, founder-led sales, post-seed to pre-Series A, 5–50 people.

AI processing: All AI features run on private AWS Bedrock. No data is sent to external AI providers for training without explicit consent.
